What it is actually like

Written by people who work here, not by a brand agency.

iAdmit is a sales-led company with an academic conscience. Counsellors speak to several hundred professionals a week, and the standing instruction is to talk someone out of a programme that will not suit them. That rule survives quarter-end, which tells you most of what you need to know about how targets are set here.

Teams are small enough that ownership is obvious. A programme manager holds a cohort end to end; a marketer owns a channel rather than a task; an engineer ships to production in their first fortnight. The trade-off is that there is nowhere to hide, and the first month is steep for people arriving from larger organisations.

Decisions are made in writing. Proposals circulate as a one-page note before the meeting, and the meeting exists to disagree with the note. It is a slower start and a much faster finish.

A fully funded programme every year

Every permanent employee can take one iAdmit-partnered certification a year at no cost, including the IIM and IIT programmes we sell. Most people use it.

Health cover for the household

Group medical cover extends to spouse, children and dependent parents, with an annual health check and a confidential counselling line.

Hybrid, with the office as the default for teaching weeks

Three days in office for most teams. Technology and content roles run fully hybrid, with quarterly on-site weeks.

Reviews twice a year, promotions off-cycle

Formal reviews in April and October. Promotions are not held for the cycle — if a case is ready in July, it is made in July.

Referral-led hiring

Roughly a third of hires come through employee referral, with the referral bonus paid in two tranches at joining and at six months.

Time to teach

Anyone who wants to teach on a free course, a bootcamp or an internal academy gets protected hours to prepare and deliver it.

No open role that fits?

Send your profile anyway. New roles open every month across Sales, Academics, Technology, Marketing, B2B, Operations, People — and about a third of the people who join iAdmit first wrote to us when nothing suitable was listed. Profiles stay on file for six months and are reviewed against every new opening.

Careers at iAdmit — iAdmit is an equal-opportunity employer. Hiring decisions are made on capability alone.
