What made the year

Listing on NSE and BSE, record admissions and a thank you to everyone who got us here.

The listing on the NSE and BSE was the visible milestone, and the least interesting one internally. What mattered more was the year the operating business had beneath it: record admissions, a corporate learning practice that stopped being a side activity, and completion rates that moved in the right direction for the third year running.

Being listed changes the reporting discipline more than it changes the work. Every claim now carries a disclosure obligation behind it, which is a healthy constraint for a sector that has not always been careful with its language about outcomes.

Thank you to the learners who trusted a programme with their evenings, to the partner institutes who let us take their faculty to a wider audience, and to the team who kept a cohort running on a Saturday when nobody outside would have noticed if it had not.
