If you are new to the field, start with a six-month certification that covers foundations before applied work. If you already work in product & design and want to move into ownership, pick a senior-level programme with a capstone tied to your own organisation.
It varies. Programmes tagged for executives assume no coding. Programmes with "applied" or "advanced" in the title assume you are comfortable with spreadsheets and are willing to learn basic Python or SQL — the foundations are taught before anything advanced.
