Who should attend
The room works when the people in it have comparable exposure. This is who it is built for.
- Senior managers with eight or more years of experience who now decide rather than execute
- Functional heads moving into general management for the first time
- Founders and promoters formalising how decisions get made as the business scales
- Sponsored delegates whose organisation is building an internal leadership pipeline
Who should give it a miss
If you are in your first three years of work, this room will be over your head — a certification is the better starting point.
