Speakers

  1. 09:00 – 09:30

    1. Registration & networking breakfast

Badge collection, workbook handover and an informal round of introductions across the cohort.

  2. 09:30 – 10:15

    2. Framing session: the executive's real constraint

Why senior decisions fail on execution rather than analysis, and what that implies for how you spend your week.

  3. 10:15 – 11:45

    3. Core module I — decision architecture

Structuring choices under incomplete information, with a live case drawn from an Indian manufacturing turnaround.

  4. 12:00 – 13:15

    4. Syndicate work: your own problem

Groups of six take one live problem from a participant and rebuild it using the morning's framework.

  5. 14:00 – 15:30

    5. Core module II — execution and accountability

Operating rhythms, escalation design and the difference between a review meeting and a decision meeting.

  6. 15:45 – 16:45

    6. Panel: what changed after the programme

Three alumni on what stuck, what did not, and what they would do differently in the first ninety days.

  7. 16:45 – 17:15

    7. Commitments & close

Each participant writes down two changes and names the person who will hold them to it.

Who should attend

The room works when the people in it have comparable exposure. This is who it is built for.

  • Senior managers with eight or more years of experience who now decide rather than execute
  • Functional heads moving into general management for the first time
  • Founders and promoters formalising how decisions get made as the business scales
  • Sponsored delegates whose organisation is building an internal leadership pipeline

Who should give it a miss

If you are in your first three years of work, this room will be over your head — a certification is the better starting point.
